Healthy Mushroom Recipes: Home Made by Momoffive

This June, school holiday for my kids is coming. After spending their all times for school, they have time to learn at home more. As my first and my second got their full day school, so their time with family just a few. So, this holiday we would like to spend time together. Now.... we start this togetherness from kitchen by trying some traditional recipes. And for this time, we try "botok Jamur", the healthy traditional recipes. It is the healthy recipes mushroom, completed with tempe, tofu (tahu), and young coconut. In this recipes, we use two types of recipes, the one we ad carrot to replace tomato and red chilli for my fifth due to her allergic, and the other, we use tomato and red chilli. The basic seasons are salt, onion, garlic, basil leaves (kemangi), bay leaves (salam), and lime leaves (daun jeruk).
