Healthy Life with Singing a Song

Almost mothers like singing. By doing something, commonly a mother will sing, or just only humming. Cooking, sewing, sweeping, and all activities will be along with singing. This also happen to me. As a mom of five kids, I commonly sing any song that I remember. Sometimes, I sing with my children together.
I can feel that I can spend my time with my children and I can feel the togetherness by singing together. Of course, not only singing, but also the other activities that we can do together.
Back to sins a song, actually, based on the article I have ever read, it said that
singing a song precisely relieve stress, aggravation and things like.
So, sing a song can be a habit of living that is good for health, because singing turned out to have many health benefits. Here it is:
  • Lowering blood pressure. When we sing, the emotions subside and the
  • push blood pressure to normal position.
  • Increase the hormone oxytocin which encourages a sense of 'love' increases.
  • Makes us breathe more easily, avoid shortness of breath.
  • Calm the mind and body, so that we become more relaxed.
  • Assist the process of recovery of stroke patients. Talk will be difficult performed stroke patients. But the muttering and singing will help restore the muscles of speech.
Well, so let us begin to sing. What song? Anything, which is important to make the heart merry, excited or just feel more calm.
What about sound quality? I think it's not most important. As long as we sing, it was good. So, let us sing, Mom! Encourage the child and husband as well. There must be health benefits that feels later.
