Carrots Juices as Healthy Drink for Family

My youngest daughter likes carrots very much, either carrots juices or carrots soup. Of course I like this, because carrot is one vegetable that contains high beta carotene, in which will give her more healthy benefits of carrots by consume it. Even, she will commonly does not pay attention to other dishes if she has had carrots soup in her dishes. When I make a carrots juices, she also when waiting for and often help me to prepare what I need to make a carrots juices. And… when carrots have been juices, then my fourth and my third will come to me and they will drink carrots juices together. It is different to my first son and my second who are reluctant to drink carrots juices, even I have told them about why they should drink this juices related to their aye healthy. My first son’s eyes have ever got a little myopic, so he should wear glasses and then normal again after consuming carrots juices routine every morning. So, now he does not need to wear glasses anymore. While my second doughter, recently, often says to me that she got upset with her eyesight. Therefore, I always provide carrots at home and make juices for them, and of course for me too. Since carrot juice has good amounts of natural sugar, so I do not need to add sugar on it.

That is why it can be effective to treat wounds and insect bites with some carrot juice, which in such case will also bring some slight relief for pain and help to avoid swelling. Also, drinking raw carrot juice can be helpful for lowering the symptoms of stresses and normalizing the function of your digestive system.
