Crying will Help Emotional in Healthy


Healthy emotion can support the healthy living, because healthy emotion will influence our healthy lifestyle. When we are forced then we can not reveal our exactly emotion, then we will get stressed and depression. Then, if we get stress, then we will behave something disorder, such as we will get drug, drink alcohol, being lazy to eat, or even will eat anything we find. Therefore, we need to learn how to express our emotion well and in healthy way in order that we can create and increase our healthy living.
Based on Everydayhealth article, it is mentioned that crying will help someone to express the emotion well and it will be a healthy way to, especially when people feel sad, angry, disappointed, feel very injured, deeply feeling that can not be revealed, stress, and depression.
In other word, crying can be a catharsis or cleaner of feeling through emotional release, because when a person is crying, then he/she will release the strictness, stress, sad or other kind of emotional that can cause feel injured.
When tears drop, then it will be followed by releasing of bad feeling and replace it will good feeling, increase the good mood, and will increase the close relationship with others. Beside that, the tears that is caused by crying due to emotion consists of 24% albumin (protein) that is useful for metabolism and will decrease the stress hormonal level. Of course, this type of tears is different to the tears that is caused by irritation.
So you can cry now :)
