The honey bee: original from Sumbawa

Just few days ago I got a bottle of sweet honey bee from Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Someone brought it for me as a gift from his hometown. Not only that, he brought a brochure that explain about how to indicate the originality of the honey bee. So, my question about how to indicate the originality of honey bee can be answered now :). Here are the criteria of the original honey bee: 

• Color: vary in color.
• Taste: sweet, rather sour or acid, sweet rather little bitter depend on nectars around the flowers that are smoked by bees. 
• Aroma or flavor: specific flavor of honey. 
• Ropiness or thickness: In the dry season, the honey bee will be thicker than rainy (yet, both are good). 

Then how to know that the honey is original: 

• The flavor is a pungent smell of honey. 
• If it is mixed with yolk, and the yolk will be half-done, when we let it for about 2-3 minutes 
• If we shake the bottle, then there will be bubble of honey foam. 
• When we take in for about 5 spoon of honey in to a glass with water in it and the honey will not mix into the water in the glass.

My Sweet Honey Bee: How to Indicate its Originality?

Honey honey bee.... Yupps, I just buy a bottle of honey from ones who said that he is a bee farmer. He stated that the honey that he sold are original honey bees. Even, he bought a bucket fully with nets bees, and still there are several bees on it. Because we often buy honey bee from other sellers and said that their honey is original, but then actually the honey is not original, so my hubby always asks the seller first about the originality of the honey bee. In my mind actually said, that all seller of course will said that their honey bees are original, because if they said not, then the buyer will cancel their intention to buy. And, finally my hubby decided to buy a bottle of them.

Until now, I still wonder about how to know the originality of honey bees?

Despite of my wonders, I still believe that in this bottle, contains at least the original honey bees, even maybe it has been mixed with other. I need the honey bees for my five kids in helping her growth. Based on the research, honey can improve the immunity of kids, encourage their growth, and has many kinds of healthy benefits. Moreover, honey is one of natural medicines that is suggested in our religion.
